Since Nobel Talk CallBack is a prepaid service, opening an account only requires the following information: name, email address, credit card information, billing address for your credit card and phone number.
2. How do I place a call using Nobel Talk Callback service?
Dial your unique access number the same way you would dial a US phone number from your country. Once you have dialed the access number, let the phone ring once and hang up the phone. In a few seconds, we will call you back and you will hear a prompted message asking you to enter your destination number.
3. Will my local or cell phone provider charge me when using the Callback service?
No, the local or cell phone providers will not charge you when using Nobel Talk Callback service. Since you hang up after the first ring when calling your unique access number, this call is not considered completed, as a result you are not charged for this call. Nobel Talk will then call you back and since this will be an incoming call, your provider will not charge you for this call either.
4. Is there a minimum usage?
No. Nobel Talk does not require you to use a minimum amount. You choose the amount you wish to recharge according to your calling needs.
5. How long does it take to open my account?
It will take up to 24 business hours for your account to be approved and opened.
6. What is CallBack Online?
Nobel Talk offers you the convenience of initiating a call back call through your account online. Simply login to your account and enter the phone number you wish to call, hit the Call Back button and Nobel Talk will call you back within few seconds. There is no need to dial your access number for this.
7. From what type of phone can I use the service?
You can use CallBack from any landline or cell phone. Nobel Talk will call you back at your registered number of choice.
8. Do I need international access to use this service?
Depending where you call from, you need to be able to call a US phone number. You will not be charged by your provider, since you hang up after the first ring, but you need to have international access. You can however call the access number from any phone with international access you have available (a friend's phone, a hotel, a payphone etc) and we will only call you back on the phone number you have registered with us.
9. How many call back numbers can I register with Nobel Talk CallBack?
You can have one registered phone number at a time, where we can call you back. But you can easily change your call back number any time by calling our friendly 24/7 Customer Service or through your online account.
10. Are the rates the same for calling from or to a cell phone or landline?
Rates differ depending on whether you use a cell phone or a landline or whether you call a cell phone or a landline. Our rate search engine has all the rates available. Please make sure you choose the type of phone carefully, according to both where you call from as well as where you will be calling to.
